1. Refund Eligibility

• Before the course starts: A full refund will be provided if the student withdraws 7 days or more prior to the start of the course.
• After the course starts: No refund will be provided after the course commencement date, except in special circumstances outlined below.

2. Special Circumstances for Partial Refunds

• Medical emergencies (with proper documentation)
• Extenuating personal situations (with proper explanation and evidence).

In such cases, a partial refund of up to 70% of the course fee may be granted, at the discretion of Vedant World management.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

• Registration fees, installment payments, and any fees for materials provided are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation by Vedant World

• If Vedant World cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons, students will be offered an alternative course or a full refund.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

6. No Refund for Non-Attendance

• Failure to attend classes, whether online or offline, does not entitle a student to a refund.
• No refund will be provided for missed classes or if a student drops out after the course has started.

8. Course Changes and Cancellations

• Vedant World It Solution reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, students will be notified in advance, and alternate arrangements will be provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Vedant World It Solution will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the course.
• The institute’s liability is limited to the value of the course fees paid.
